Go into System administration > Security > Security configuration
\r\n\r\n2. Click Create new<\/strong> to create a new role, give it a name
\r\n\r\n3. Locate your role in the list and look for Duties<\/strong> on the right, under References<\/strong> section. (Please note, this is NOT<\/strong> the tab named Duties<\/strong>, it is located in Roles<\/strong> tab in your role details) \r\n\r\n4. Click Add references<\/strong>. A dialog box will appear on the right named Select duties<\/strong>
\r\n\r\n5. In the Name<\/strong> column, apply a filter to list only duties that include word “Inquir<\/strong>“. (There are duties named Inquire and Inquiry so use “Inquir<\/strong>“)
\r\n\r\n6. Select ALL<\/strong> the duties after filter is complete
\r\n\r\n7. Click OK<\/strong>
\r\n\r\n8. Go to the Unpublished objects<\/strong> tab, locate the role you created, select it by adding a tick on the left of the line and click Publish selection<\/strong>
\r\n\r\n9. You can now assign this role to users that you want
\r\n\r\nNB<\/strong>: If you want a user to have read-only privilege in some legal entities then you should click Assign organizations<\/strong> after you add the role to that user and select legal entities there.\r\n
