      1. Start by opening Microsoft Edge web browser and go to https:\/\/portal.office365.com\/<\/a>

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      2. Enter your email address<\/strong> and password<\/strong> and click Sign In

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      3. Click Next

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      4. Change country to United Kingdom (+44)<\/strong>, enter your mobile number<\/strong>, click Next

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      5. Enter the 6-digit code<\/strong> received by SMS and click Next

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      6. Click Next <\/strong>then click Done<\/strong>

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      7. Click Yes <\/strong>to Stay Signed In

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      8. Dismiss any information nag screens

        <\/li>\r\n
      9. Click the circled username initials<\/strong> at the top right then click View Account

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      10. Click the UPDATE INFO<\/strong> link in the Security Info<\/strong> box

        <\/li>\r\n
      11. Click the + Add sign-in method<\/strong> link

        <\/li>\r\n
      12. Choose Authenticator App<\/strong> then click Add

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      13. DO NOT CLICK THE NEXT BUTTON<\/strong> – instead, click the I want to use a different authenticator app<\/strong> link\u00a0

        <\/li>\r\n
      14. Click Next

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      15. On the mobile phone, open the Google Authenticator<\/strong> app, touch the + PLUS<\/strong> symbol, touch Scan QR Code

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      16. Scan the QR Code<\/strong> shown on screen then enter the 6-digit code<\/strong> shown in Google Authenticator<\/strong> app

        <\/li>\r\n
      17. Click Next

        <\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      18. A confirmation message will be displayed<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
