PC Stuck in BSoD Loop During Update

PC STUCK IN BSoD LOOP FOLLOWING UPDATE

1. When prompted, use pre-selected US keyboard
2. Select TROUBLESHOOT
3. Select COMMAND PROMPT
4. Enter the PC’s BitLocker Recovery Key
5. Enter: manage-bde -unlock -rp recoverykey c:
6. Enter: manage-bde -off c:
7. Enter: manage-bde -status
8. When fully decrypted, EXIT the command prompt
9. Select CONTINUE
10. Post successful updates, enable BitLocker

ONEDRIVE SYNC ISSUES

1. Select ONEDRIVE in the notification area
2. Select HELP & SETTINGS cog then select SETTINGS
3. Select menu option ACCOUNT
4. Select UNLINK THIS PC then select UNLINK

Options 1-4 may not be possible if OneDrive fails to start

5. Press WIN key + R
6. Enter: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings
7. Delete the file PreSignInSettingsConfig.json
8. Press WIN key and type ONEDRIVE
9. When prompted, select USE THIS FOLDER
