Schedule a D365 Environment Update
1. Go to Lifecycle Services page: https://lcs.dynamics.com/v2
2. Open Moody D365 F&O project
3. Click the Full details link to open the environment where the latest update has been applied and where the regression testing has taken place, eg MOODYTEST
4. In the menu, click History > Environment Changes
5. From the list, highlight the package to be released (probably the most recent)
6. Click the Mark as release candidate link
7. On completion, click the Moody D365 F&O (Moody Direct Ltd) link at the top of the page
8. Click the Full details link to open the environment where the release candidate is to be applied, eg MOODYLIVE
9. In the menu, click Maintain > Update environment
10. Select the released candidate from 5 above shown in the Available Sandboxes
11. Select an appropriate Downtime start date and time
12. Click on Downtime end
13. Click Schedule
Post D365 Environment Update
1. Go to the updated environment, eg, https://moodylive.operations.dynamics.com/
2. Go to Data Management > Framework Parameters > Entity Settings
3. Select Refresh data entity list

4. In the menu, click History > Environment Changes

10. Select the released candidate from 5 above shown in the Available Sandboxes
11. Select an appropriate Downtime start date and time
12. Click on Downtime end
13. Click Schedule
