Set up a folder’s view the way the user wants it, with preview on or off, columns in a specific order, group by disabled, etc.
1. Click the Change View button in the Ribbon Bar
2. Highlight and click the Copy button
3. Give the new settings a suitable name, eg, My View Settings
4. Highlight My View Settings and click the Apply View button
